“ I was expecting Indian food, but was pleasantly surprised with the delicious vegetarian & vegan food on offer. The place has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, great ambiance with awesome music, friendly staff, a must visit in Montevideo! ”
“ What a wonderful vegetarian restaurant! I highly recommend the sopa de calabazas (vegan). The California doblado with papas rústicas (vegan) was also very tasty. And the service was excellent! ”
“ After a few days of bread in all of its many variations, I was dying for a vegetable. Enter: Namaste. Super cute restaurant with lots of veggie options. I loved the burrito, which I'd probably describe as a warm wrap- it had a few different kinds of fresh lettuces. I also had the squash soup, which was thick and hearty and what I wanted on a cold night. ”
“ What an amazing place. A breath of fresh air amongst all the meat-heavy restaurants around here. I had the most delicious risotto with aubergine and curry. Truly an artisan dish. The tiramisu was a great finishing too. I am super impressed and will be coming again very soon. I'm here for a week and luckily, my flat is just opposite the road. Expect a follow-up review. Follow up! It's a qeek later, and I'm back as promised. This time, I sit at the regular lounge, on a normal table, casue I have my laptop with me to catch up with some work. Yet again, the food is amazing, and I'm tempted by several dishes on the menu, but I remember how unique that risotto was last time, and I can't think if anything else. I order it again, and I get some spring rolls too. They're with cheese and olives. To be honest, not really the best item on the menu. Too much cheese, it's an overkill. Anyway, the risotto is spot-on and I finish with a chocolate desert, which is also incredible. Better than the tiramisu, maybe. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. ”
“ Very good food. Beautiful atmosphere and very kind and helpful staff. We came here twice during a 2 week trip and will return next time we are in Montevideo. ”
“ Planned a trip with office colleagues on Friday. So a lot of people almost 16 , we reserved the seats. It's really good. Ambience (10/10) Service (10/10) Drinks (7/10) Food (8/10) Service is really great. So many people are there, they helped us keep our bags and jacket in different places and very less delay in food, as ordered a lot. One tip, don't order green juice and Namste juice. It was terrible... Specially green juice . We ordered * Chivito super *Beyond meat burger *Doblado California *Veg lasagna * Wok thai *Green juice *Namaste special *Sun kiss *Namaste special beer *Gramaho vegan and so on. Food is good . Lasagna is really great. Try gramaho, chivito too. If you want to try veg options this place is awesome compare to other restaurants. Please give it a try. ”
“ Nice atmosphere, friendly waitress who was patient with our poor Spanish skills, and decent food and drinks. The food wasn't quite as flavorful as we like, but a bit more flavorful than some other restaurants we've visited where they seem to put very little seasoning on the food. Overall, I would recommend it. ”
